Download instructions
1. Download the rar file below in mediafire also download and install WINRAR
2. once download is finished Go to the folder where you saved the rar file
3.Make sure you have WINRAR installed 
4. Right click on the RAR file then click on extract to GTA 3 or extract here and let it finish
5. Open the folder created after the extraction then there's another folder then open and look for the file called GTAIII.exe
6.Optional you can also send file to desktop once it is on the desktop right click on the file then click properties
7. once properties is opened then click on run program as administrator then click apply and then click on ok
8. Double click on GTAIII.exe then the game should start.
